SHIPPING
Where do we ship?
We ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
What are my shipping options?
To help keep shipping cost low, I am currently offering Royal Mail (tracked) for both UK and International STICKER orders. These orders are sent in stamped padded mailers.
Tracking is available for orders containing larger items such as Rolling Trays, Stash Tins, and PS5 Customisation. These orders are sent in padded/rigid mailers.
When will my order ship?
Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to ship. Once shipped, please be aware of the following expected delivery times:

For Domestic UK orders: 2-3 Business Days delivery

For International orders: 1-2 weeks delivery (Please be patient! Some countries may see additional shipping delays).
Shipping to US/CANADA, Australia & Other International Countries with Import Taxes
I, Kyehir Hernandez (a.k.a Trippy Toons Art), am not collecting or remitting VAT import taxes. This means that your package will be collected by your country when it reaches customs. You may experience package delays and additional processing fees. You can also check with you country’s customs office to determine what your additional costs will be before ordering.
Please note that by placing an order, you, the buyer, understand that you are liable for any VAT fees/charges that occur.
Please understand that I, Kyehir Hernandez , am not responsible for any import taxes and they are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
ANY ADDITIONAL TAXES/CHARGES/FEES ARE THE CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY AND MUST BE PAID TO YOUR COUNTRY TO CLAIM YOUR PACKAGE.

Can I return my product?
Generally we do NOT accept returns
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help.

Can I get my product personalised?
This is what we do! If you can't find something you love simply email us and we will help you place an order and make your dream come to life!
Can I order a custom design not listed on your website?
Absolutely! Please contact us via email at support@trippytoonsart.com and let us know what specific custom design you are wishing us to create for you!
Can I place multiple orders?
Yes, you may place as many orders as you like! Please be aware of our processing times for each product you wish to order because they may differ. We also reserve the right to limit orders in the event of limited inventory.
Do you use original products for electronic customisation?
At Trippy Toons we never use third party controllers! Your controller will be an original Sony product.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been processed and/OR your controller is built a shipping label will be created and sent to the email you provide us with at the time your order was placed.

How long will it take to build my Controller/Rolling Tray?
DUE TO THE EXTREMELY HIGH DEMAND FOR OUR LUXURY PRODUCTS, AND UNIQUENESS OF EACH ORDER PLACED, WE ARE UNABLE TO GIVE EXACT PRODUCTION TIME ESTIMATES.
ORDERS ARE COMPLETED AT DIFFERENT SPEEDS SINCE WE ALLOW OUR CUSTOMERS TO SPEC THEIR CONTROLLER THE WAY THEY WANT IT. THIS IS DUE DUE TO CERTAIN FINISH REQUIREMENTS AND DIFFERENT DRYING TIMES FOR EACH FINISH SELECTED.
*SEND IN SERVICE ORDERS ARE NOT SUBJECT TO ANY ABOVE QUOTED BUILD TIMES.
Factors such as delivery speed to us, cleaning, testing, (repairs if necessary), replacement part acquisition, etc... keep us from accurately being able to give an estimate on these orders.
